Sunwich & Anerley

Sunwich Port and Anerley , just south of Melville, straddle the R102, and have a wide range of house types and prices. Both have small commercial centres and there are good beaches, some holiday flats and timeshare developments as well as an established frail care facility.

  

Southport & Sea Park

Southport and Sea Park are effectively interlinked suburbs lying between the Umhlangkulu and Mtentwini Rivers with an attractive beach front, good bathing facilities and two good restaurants. Rocky outcrops also offer good angling opportunities in season. The quality of housing in these two suburbs is mixed but there is a good proportion of better quality homes. Some, climbing up the hillside, have large stands while those on the sea side of the R102 may have direct beach access or good sea views. Both have a high percentage of all-year-round residents.
