Marina Beach
Marina Beach , with its blue flag beach, and Trafalgar with superb sea views may be slightly less expensive but remain exclusive and are steadily growing in value and prestige. Buy here for status and solid appreciation.
San Lameer is unique on this coast in being an old-established, securely gated, homogeneous development with a range of very upmarket properties, its own hotel, sandy beach, lagoon and golf course
Palm Beach
Palm Beach is one of the newer, still developing, areas where there are still many vacant lots available at reasonable prices. The village straddles the R102 and adjoins the Mpenjati Nature reserve. There’s an attractive beach and good opportunities for bird watchers, nature lovers and fishermen. Somewhere to consider?

Munster
An older, perhaps more attractive, up-market, neighbour with a good range of holiday and permanent accommodation. A quiet village with lots of semi-tropical vegetation, particularly on the extensive Admiralty Reserve which still harbours much of the coast’s remaining bush buck and blue duiker. There are good sandy beaches and some rewarding angling spots. Rapidly gaining ground with retirees and permanent residents and moving steadily up-market.
