WHO ARE WE?

DENTON-MILLER ESTATES cc is a small, wholly independent, Estate Agency registered in 1987.

ALLEN DENTON-MILLER, the Agency's principal, is a former management consultant who worked internationally for many years at senior level for major UK and US consulting firms. He has a Masters Degree in Economics and a Diploma in Statistics and Educational Psychology from Edinburgh University and is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Management Consultants, a Fellow of the UK Chartered Management Institute and a Life Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management He is a Member of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa and has been involved in the marketing and sale of all types of property in South Africa since 1983.

PATRICIA DENTON-MILLER, the Agency's administrator, is an experienced manager with extensive knowledge of business systems gained in the management consultancy and estate agency fields in both the UK and South Africa . She is a qualified and experienced estate agent and holds the Certificate of Advanced Property Marketing. She is a Member of the Institute of Estate Agents .

THE AGENCY: Over the years the firm has been responsible for the sale of many well known properties in both Gauteng and Natal and as a result, much of the firm's business now comes directly from former clients or by way of referral. As the agency is essentially a small family business the principals take pride in ensuring that clients receive the very highest levels of personal and professional service.

Since 2000, in addition to the more traditional methods of property marketing, the Agency has increasingly specialised in the use of the Internet to attract investors from outside South Africa and from Overseas.

WHAT DO WE CHARGE?

Our commission rate is currently 6% on the full purchase price of the property. No charge is made for any other service or for print or electronic advertising, however extensive.

In cases where the agency holds a mandate to act as the purchaser's agent commission is payable by the purchaser.
